| Honor Medal Ceremony - October 10, 2011 |
An Honor Medal presentation ceremony was held at William A. "Bill" Guillory American Legion Post 370 of the 7th District in the post home on 10-11-11. Several veterans received their medal from Billy Ray Foley, Dept. Vice Cdr. and Ed Hudson Sr., Dept Membership Chairman. Also on hand to assist in the presenting of the medals were 7th District Vice Cdr. Roy Sanders, Steve Doran 7th District Area "A" Cdr., Post 370 Cdr. Mike Doss and the 7th District Dept. Executive Committeeman, Michael W Roach. Several medals were presented to veterans or family members of veterans. Members of the Post 370, the Ladies Auxiliary Unit 370 and the Sons of The American Legion Squadron 370 participated. The veterans marched thru a gauntlet of members of American Legion Family from 370 and received the medals.
