| Newly Chartered Cooper Road Post 450 Installs Officers |
Officers were installed in American Legion Cooper Road Post 450 on Saturday, February 19, 2011. Cooper Road Post 450 is a newly chartered Post in the 4th District which will meet on the campus of Southern University Shreveport until a permanent location can be obtained.
Department Commander Dan Leonard was the Installing Officer. Carl Moore of Shreveport is the new Post Commander. Mr. Moore can be contacted at 214-334-1132.
