SPECIAL NOTE
Patriot B. Roy Kellum was elected State Commander for the Department of Louisiana, Military Order of the Purple Heart at the MOPH Department Convention held in Baton Rouge, LA on Saturday, May 5, 2007. Also elected was Roy's wife, Cynthia, to the position of Department of Louisiana, Senior Vice President Ladies Auxiliary. Roy and Cynthia reside in Loranger, LA.
In addition to his above duty, Roy Kellum is a dedicated member of The American Legion and American Legion Post 16 in Covington, LA.
